The Dice

  • Stand back a set distance and kick, throw or hand pass the ball at the dice figures
  • To start the game you can choose a number to aim at between 1 and 5
  • Play a game to 21 (whatever you choose)
  • To exit the game you must finish on the correct dice number
  • If on 17 you require a 4 to finish or if you are on 19 you would require a 2
  • To add difficulty you can increase distance
  • To add difficulty all dice numbers must be hit before exiting the game
  • To add difficulty use the SmallWall i.e. , Kick into small wall and turn and shoot , throw or hand pass

The High Jump

  • Set ball height at suitable height that poses a challenge to both players
  • Stand back a set distance
  • Run and catch the ball and return to starting point
  • Repeat 3 , 5 or 10 times
  • Quickest time wins the challenge
  • To add difficulty you can increase distance
  • To add difficulty start and finish from a lying down position

Target Board

  • Stand back a set distance and kick, throw or hand pass the ball at the dice figures. This time the distance can be measured by the white lines which are exactly a meter apart
  • To start the game you can choose a number to aim at between 1 and 8
  • Play a game to 51 (whatever you choose)
  • To exit the game you must finish on the correct dice number
  • If on 17 you require a 4 to finish or if you are on 19 you would require a 2
  • To add difficulty you can increase distance by a meter each time
  • To add difficulty all dice numbers must be hit before exiting the game
  • To add difficulty use the SmallWall i.e. , Kick into small wall and turn and shoot , throw or hand pass

The Basketball Target

  • Stand back a set distance and throw the ball at the basket
  • Play a game of first to 5 baskets
  • To add difficulty you can increase distance or baskets
  • To add difficulties use the SmallWall i.e. Kick into small wall and turn and shoot , throw or hand pass
