Sports Capital Grants
The 2018 Sports Capital Programme is open for applications from 9am on Friday 7th September to 5pm on Friday 19th October, 2018. Any organisation wishing to make an application under the Programme must be registered on OSCAR by 5pm on Friday 5th October, 2018.
If you wish to avail of some SmallWall sports equipment its possible to get up to 95% of a grant if application is successful. Local Enterprise Boards
If you are a business and looking at up grading your facilities to include SmallWall skills arena or equipment why not contact your local enterprise board or Enterprise Ireland and see if they can help , you may be eligible for funding etc. .They are always there to help and advise.
All clubs may be eligible for funding if local schools have accessibility to your facilities, Our SmallWall Activity Centre provides a safe and fun location to work with school groups and encourage them to participate in sport. Contact your Leader in your local area or submit an expression of interest to install a skills activity centre in your local area.
The CLÁR programme (Ceantair Laga Árd-Riachtanais) is a targeted investment programme which provides funding for small scale infrastructural projects in rural areas that have suffered the greatest levels of population decline. The aim of CLÁR is to support the sustainable development of identified CLÁR areas by attracting people to live and work there. The funding works in conjunction with local funding and on the basis of locally identified priorities.
CLÁR 2018 will provide funding under the following measures:
Measure 1: Support for Schools/Community Safety Measures – up to 90% funding
Measure 2: Play Areas (including MUGAs) (€2M) – up to 90% funding
Measure 3: First Response Support Measure (€1M)
